Aliases
An email alias is an email address for which there is no corresponding user account. There are a number of reasons you may want to use email aliases. For example, you may want to post email addresses on your site that are really destined for someone's personal email account, or your "primary" email address, which you don't want to publish.
You can specify addresses such as sales@domain.com or info@domain.com and have all the messages sent to those addresses delivered into your "real" account, such as webmaster@domain.com. Alternatively, we can configure your domain to accept any email sent to any address at your domain, and place them into your primary mailbox (known as a Catch-All alias).
Each POP account can potentially have an unlimited number of aliases pointing to it.

Catch-All
The Catch-All alias setup tells the mail server to accept any email sent to your domain (using any address at your domain), and places those emails into your specified POP account.
Keep in mind this will accept email sent to any address at your domain. Occasionally, spammers do "blitz" spam emailings to thousands of random addresses at each of a list of domain names. In this event, you do risk receiving many copies of spam email. While our spam filter is excellent, it simply cannot catch every single spam email (it has about an 80% success rate).
Please request a Catch-All setup at your own risk. |

FTP Access 24/7
All hosting accounts are provided a secure, 24/7
accessible FTP account to upload, download, and
modify the files in your account space. One username
and one password are provided per account. The password
can be changed by the user at any time through the
site control panel (cPanel).
This type of FTP access should not to be confused with Anonymous FTP (below).

Additional FTP Accounts
This indicates the number of additional
FTP accounts (passworded, with usernames) that are
allowed under each plan. These accounts are often
used for secure file sharing, as well as for allowing
multiple users to access your account space, each
with their own username and password for added security
and control.
This type of FTP access should not to be confused with Anonymous FTP (below).

Custom 404 Error Page
When visitors to your site attempt to access a file that is missing, incorrectly linked, etc, they are shown the 404 Not Found error by the server. Our system is set up with a default error page that the server will display for you.
Alternatively, we give you the option of having your own 404 Error page. You can create the file 404error.html and place it at the root of your web space. The advantage with this option is the ability to create an error page that has the same look and feel as the rest of your website.
This option must be enabled during the initial setup of your account, and a copy of our default error page is placed in your web space. This file can then be modified or replaced as desired. |

Included AddOn Domains
This refers to the number of Fully Qualified Domain
Names (eg yourdomain.com) that can be assigned to
your account as AddOn Domains.
An AddOn Domain allows you to reach a subdomain
when entering the name of the AddOn Domain into
a browser. This means that you can host additional
domains from your account.
For example, if domain2.com is an AddOn
Domain on sub.domain.com, then going to http://www.domain2.com
in a browser will bring up sub.domain.com
(domain.com/sub).
Put another way, an AddOn Domain is simply a redirection
for an additional domain name to a Sub-Domain on
your account.

Included Parked Domains
This refers to the number of Fully Qualified Domain
Names (eg yourdomain.com) that can be Parked on
your account.
A Parked domain allows you to reach your domain
when entering the name of the Parked domain into
a browser. Any current domains that are Parked will
be listed under Current Parked Domains.
For example, if domain2.com is Parked on
yourdomain.com, then going to http://www.domain2.com
in a browser, will bring up yourdomain.com.
Put another way, a Parked domain behaves as an
alias, or shortcut, to your primary domain; visitors
that use your Parked domain name in their browser
will be simply redirected to your main site.

Sub-Domains
A sub-domain is also known as a Third Level Domain name, eg: subdomain.domain.com
These are the number of sub-domains included with each plan. Each sub-domain can point to a specific page in your site (eg support.domain.com could point to /support/index.html in your main website). They can also be used as additional ways to point to your main website, or even be used to point to another website entirely!
You can choose to use these toward your own domain name, or to use a free sub-domain from one of ours: TitaniumWebs.com or TitanBlogs.com

Anonymous FTP
Anonymous FTP is a special FTP account that points to a specific directory in your web space and is used to allow visitors to freely access that area for downloading (and optionally uploading) files.
Because file downloads can also easily be achieved through http (eg putting a link to the file on your website), and because of the possible security risks associated with Anonymous FTP access, we restrict this feature to our Titanium plans only, and it is only activated by specific request from the customer.
Please see our Acceptable Use Policy section 3.0 for details and restrictions. |

(each, annually) | |
This registration fee includes the InterNic domain registration charge as well as setup and administration of your domain on your behalf.
The fee is non-refundable3 once the order is placed, and covers both the registration and a one year lease for your domain from Internic. You can purchase from 1 up to 10 years' lease on your domain.
